Mr. Sanjiv Babu Salaskar is admitted in Fortis Hospitals Ltd., Mulund Goregaon Link Road, Mumbai - 400078 for medical treatment of "Paralysis with Brain Hemorrhage"
For his medical treatment, earlier hospital was given estimation for expenses upto Rs. 2.5 Lakh which we arranged from somewhere and already paid to the hospital.
Now the Hospital given a total estimate for his overall medical treatment for Rs. 9.5 lakh which is beyond our control.
Since Sanjiv's physical condition is very critical at this stage we can't shift him to another hospital.
Sanjiv and his wife together run their
small business which is now totally stopped due to his illness and his wife have to
take care of him at the hospital. Since they have no income source right now and
having two small daughters and an aged mother-in-law and father-in-law at home, we look forward for some financial help from you.
